Ms. Roberts is Founder and President of JSRoberts Consulting, LLC, which provides CFO Services and Financial Consulting on a Project, Part-time or Interim basis. Most recently, Ms. Roberts was Vice President Finance, Global Finance Transformation for Marriott International. In that role, Ms. Roberts provided leadership and internal consulting support to Marriott's seven Finance Business Process Owners on transformation strategy and major transformation initiatives.
Earlier at Marriott, Ms. Roberts was Chief Financial Officer for Marriott ExecuStay, a Strategic Business Unit of Marriott where she oversaw Pricing, Revenue Management and Central Reservations in additional to her CFO responsibilities. Prior to joining ExecuStay, Ms. Roberts was Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis, leading Marriott's major planning processes and supporting and enforcing investment decision-making policy across its Strategic Business Units.
Ms. Roberts joined Marriott after many years at USAirways, where she held a variety of senior positions, including Vice President and Assistant to the Chairman, Vice President Reservations and Vice President Strategic and Financial Planning. She also served as the senior USAirways representative of a four person alliance team, leading the integration of USAirways and British Airways for the USAirways/BA Alliance.
Ms. Roberts holds a BBA in Economics and Management from the University of Iowa and an MBA from George Washington University, where she has also taught systems management at the graduate level.
